Music Interval Training

Ever heard of Music Interval Training before? Probably not…I made it up haha! I’ll give you the quick run down on it…

Bodyweight training is one of the 2016 trends (see them all here) so I wanted to be able to give you guys a quick routine to try out using minimal gear so you can do this anywhere you like. It’s pretty much the easiest form of circuit training I have done and it’s goal based too because you are working to a SONG not a stop watch or a particular amount of reps. Which personally, I find more fun!

It just makes it that much easier and fun.

I am using the House of Marley Chant Sport speaker┬áRRP $149.95, it’s great for working out because it’s easy to set up (I can do it, that proves how easy it is), and it can get SO loud too. So all you really need for this workout is…

  • Music and a portable speaker – HOM is my go to for this
  • Kettle Bell (or a 5kg weight)
  • Boxing Gloves (but not necessary)
  • A park or your backyard!
  • Water!
