Frozen Yoghurt Bark (Healthy Recipe)

It’s not often that you’ll come to my house and the freezer is full of snacks of the healthy variety. This recipe definitely ticks the box of “Quick and Easy” just the way I like it.
Yoghurt bark is as simple as it sounds…frozen yoghurt….and toppings….
- Greek Yoghurt
- Roughly crushed Almonds
- Cacao Nibs
- Line a baking tray with glad wrap
- Mix honey and yoghurt together
- Pour into tray and top with sprinkles of raspberries, cacao nibs and crushed almonds – add a drizzle of honey too
- Freeze for 2 hours
This is, admittedly best for summer months however with the sun over the weekend, it’s doable!
