Healthy Banana Bites

I always feel like banana is the most indulgent fruit, because of course when you add chocolate and peanut butter it just BETTERS the situation. This little snack is something that I throw together and freeze for late night indulging after dinner.Banana Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana
  • 7 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 cup of cacao butter
  • Peanut butter (make it yourself – the AMAZEBALLS e-book has a recipe in it)
  • 3 Tbsp Agave
  • Baking paper

Method:

  • Chop banana into slices and spread peanut butter onto half – sandwhich together with other slices
  • Melt cacao butter and stir in cacao powder and agave
  • Mix until it starts to set slightly
  • Drop your banana bites into chocolate and coat evenly
  • Place onto banking tray with baking paper and freeze
  • Keep frozen (however these may only last one sitting)

    Love this recipe. I’ve always got the sugar munchies after dinner and this is a lot better than getting stuck into an ice cream tub.
