Easy Fitness; Skate Workouts

I am a prime example of quick and easy workouts,¬†recipes, clothing…basically anything in life has to be made as simple and quick for my lifestyle because I lose interest almost instantly!

I know I am not the only person in the world with this personality trait, in fact I know a lot of you are nodding your heads in agreeance with me right? I do, however enjoy working out, creating my own recipes and wearing clothing that is more on the basic side, I just like to do a lot of these things rather than focus on a strenuous long 2 hours of each (yes, if I have to dress up, it takes up to 6 hours to decide on an outfit haha).

I had my skateboard the other day at the beach (Weird I know but it’s always in my car for impromptu workouts) and given I practically live in active wear I thought it was a great chance to smash out a few #wtstaskateworkouts to show you the moves I focus on.
