It’s been a while since I posted one of my workout playlists, but I guess for me I go in these crazy circles with my music. One minute I am listening to Bob Marley, the next I am hitting back to the 90’s with Faith No More then a little bit of Sia creeps in. I really don’t have any favouritism when it comes to music but lately with my fitness regime I have been focused on less “Go hard on the treddy” and more taking it slow with butt/thigh and ab workouts in the back of the gym.

I have also been wearing a lot more stretchy workout wear for these (like the above) Active Creatures pieces are loud, a little crazy and totally different – much like my taste of music, so for fitness such as my slower workouts – these really comfortable and tight fitting leggings and crop really work for me.

The latest playlist as I said is based on a slower workout, I found hard and fast music just made me feel scattered when I was working out. This playlist is going waaaay back to even the 60’s, with a mix of newer tunes.
